Recipe : Paneer Dragon Roll
Serves : four individuals

Components :

1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
half of tbsp purple chilli paste
half of tbsp tomato sauce
250 grams paneer
salt to style
black pepper for seasoning
1 tbsp spring onions
1 cup maida
1 tbsp oil
salt to style
1/four cup water

Technique :

– Take a heated sauce pan and add oil, schezwan sauce, purple chilli paste, tomato sauce, purple chilli powder, tomato sauce, salt and black pepper for seasoning. Sauté all of them on the pan.
– Add paneer items and chopped onions. Combine all of it in to make the combination.
– Take a bowl and blend within the maida, oil, water and salt for style to make the dough for masking.
– Roll out the dough and place the paneer filling in it. Add some cheese for style.
– Wrap it properly and toss them on a heated pan with oil. Toss them till they flip golden brown.
– Lastly serve them scorching with ketchup
